Oh dear. I'm glad we don't have such silly restrictions in the UK.
Maybe thats because just about everyone in the UK Radio Communications
Agency is a licenced amateur, and most of them are active.
Many of them run packet bbs's, repeaters or actually talk on air so they
are interested in keeping the bands alive and free of restrictions :-)
Thank God for that !
