Notwithstanding what the RA/BR68 says, this is patently an absurd situation.
Its not dissimilar to a situation a number of years ago when I used the early
RS sats from the UK. I had a B Class (Restricted 2m and above) call, I was told
by all and sundry that I couldn't use a sat transponding from 2m to 10m. My
response is that the my transmission complied with the terms of my licence,
what somebody else (something else) did to my signal was irrelevant. I never
received any warning or threat of prosecution.
