I think that Ken GW3TMH's definition of "BBS" is pretty loose...
The actual web-page is just a PHP forum like you see on many groups
around the Internet... It does not really appear similar to any sort
of Amateur Radio BBS.
What it REALLY is, is an Internet Forum. Using the ID: GB7ABC.
...and what if some non-Amateur decided to have a Forum and it just so
happened to also be a UK BBS callsign, could he be "done" for not having
a Licence ???
