Hi Ian and all,

You may be interested to know that some of the best and knowlegable
conversations about religions were with atheists. Just because you don't
believe in gods doesn't say you don't know about them. I'm not one of those
narrow minded Bible beaters, I may be Christian but within reason and don't
limit myself. I've not truly studied other holy books but I've read them and
learned a lot. Then there are books banned from the Bible and others never
included, I've read several of them too. BTW Enoch reads like science-fiction
with some of the weirdest descriptions of places in Heaven I've ever seen.
Superman has his Fortress of Solitude at the North Pole (next to Santa's
workshop, hi) a crystal palace, the writers of that movie must have read
Enoch's description of God's abode.

Eh, atheist has nothing to do with against anything, from the Greek theos
meaning god it means without (a) god. Another much misunderstood word is
Antichrist, it doesn't mean against anything either. Christ from the Greek
christos meaning savior it means the one who comes before the (true) savior
masquerading as one. Trouble starts when you apply English rules to a
different language in this case Greek.

Sure it seems strange to you people sitting in a room talking to someone not
there. Not to them, they believe in what Jesus said; "When two or more are
gathered in my name there I am also."

Dayum, having a rabbi invite you to convert to Judaism is quite an honor! He
must have picked up on your knowlege and thought we can use this guy and he
doesn't need much training either.

Eh, I'm not surprised the media avoided the religious aspect of horse
burgers, it's not germain to the story. Horse and other "unclean" meats are
readily available in predominently Catholic countries like France and Spain
simply because Christianity doesn't recognize Jewish dietary laws. Israel may
be another story. (;->)

Interesting, I would expect the US to restrict internet access to TV shows as
Britian does, some sort of copyright issues. You can't get Bab 5 and I can't
get the presentations Glen aka WEIRDO mentions from time to time, oh well.
M*A*S*H gives me giggles, Klinger isn't the only thing that would get those
stiff uper lip British old ladies running in circles exclaiming OOH OOH OOH
OOH.......... Now showing some of the stuff on Continental TV would make them
faint dead away!
