Ingredients
8 ounces (225 grams) Wholemeal Flour
[or 3 ounces (85 grams) White flour and 5 ounces (141 grams) Wholemeal
Flour]
Pinch of Salt
4 1/2 ounces (128 grams) Butter or Lard or Margarine
1 raised teaspoon baking powder
Cold Water to mix
Instructions
Add salt and baking powder to Wholemeal and flour; chop or rub in the fat;
mix to a stiff dough with a little cold water. Roll out as required. Bake
at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius).

maker of baking powder, custard powder, cornflour and jelly crystals.
