Instructions
Choose small, firm tomatoes. Pack into sterilized jars. Add 1 teaspoon of
salt to each quart jar. Pour over cold water, which has been boiled and
cooled. Place on rubber ring and lid loosely. Process in the oven at 275
Fahrenheit (130 Celsius) for about 30 to 40 minutes. Screw down
immediately."
