"Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
5 pounds (2.7 kilograms) Green Tomatoes
6 large Onions
3 pounds (1.4 kilograms) Apples
1 quart (1.2 litres) Vinegar
4 ounces (114 grams) Salt
1/2 ounce (14 grams) White Pepper
1/2 ounce (14 grams) Cloves
2 pounds (32 ounces or 900 grams) Brown Sugar
1 pound (16 ounces or 450 grams) Seedless Raisins
8 ounces (226 grams) Lemon peel (sliced)
Instructions
Cut up tomatoes and apples, add remainder of ingredients. Boil all
together 3 hours or longer. Bottle, and cork when cold."
