Queen Cakes

Ingredients
4 ounces (100 grams) butter
1 teacup sugar
1 heaped tablespoon golden syrup
1/2 teacup milk
2 teacups flour
2 heaped teaspoons baking powder
1 teacup Raisins or Sultanas or Currants
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar; add golden syrup and beat well; add milk, then
sifted dry ingredients and lastly fruit. Bake in greased patty tins about
15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

maker of baking powder, custard powder, cornflour and jelly crystals.
