Right On!!! Fired Mashed Potatoes are great, we call them
what you call'em Warren, even seen them at restaurants here
call them "Home Fries" as if we don't need any more confusion.
Gee I used to love getting a heavy steel frying pan out...
getting it hot, then dump the mashed potatoes in and flatten them
down to brown or burn...hahahaha.
