Celery Seed
Typed by Michael Sheffield
Sift 1 1/5 Cups Flour and 1/4 teaspoons salt into a bowl.
Mix in 2 teaspoons celery seeds.
Cut in 100 grams (4 ounces) butter till mixture resembles fine
breadcrumbs.
Mix in one egg yolk and a little water if necessary to make soft dough.
Roll out to 4mm thickness. Cut into shapes.
Bake on an ungreased tray at 200^ Celsius (400^ Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes
or until crisp and lightly brown.
