"Rice Cakes

Ingredients
4 ounces (100 grams) butter
4 ounces (100 grams) sugar
1/2 Breakfast cup Ground Rice
1 Breakfast cup Plain Flour
1/2 Breakfast cup Milk (about)
1 heaped Teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar; add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Bake in paper cases or greased patty tins 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees
Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius)."
