Muffins

Ingredients

2 ounces (50 grams) butter
4 ounces Light Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 teacup Wholemeal flour
1 teacup Plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teacup milk 


Instructions

Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg. Dissolve soda in the milk and add
alternately with dry ingredients. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in hot greased gem
irons or patty tins at 425 degrees Fahrenheit (215 degrees Celsius).
