Ingredients
3 Dessertspoons Gelatine
1 Breakfast cup Sugar
1/2 Pint (300 ml) Water
8 ounces (2 Cups) Icing (Confectioners) Sugar
Coconut (ground)
Essence of Vanilla
Instructions
Put gelatine into a saucepan with water and sugar. Boil for 8 minutes.
Cool. Add icing sugar and vanilla. Beat until thick and white. Pour
mixture into a wet tin. Leave for several hours. Cut into squares and roll
in coconut or icing sugar. "
