MERINGUES
* 2 egg whites
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 2/3 cup castor sugar
* 1 tsp icing sugar, sifted
Beat all ingredients together, except icing sugar, until stiff peaks form,
about 15 minutes. Fold in icing sugar. Pipe into 2" 'nests' and bake at 120C
for one hour.
