Hello Johan and all.
Johan has asked about faulty satellite keps in a recent bulletin.
This is only a minor glitch in a long-time service and doesn't affect the
satellite program, nor the world political hiatus!
Calm down, Johan. It's only some missing bits in the second line of a few
satellite keps., and should not ground your high expectations!
Have you seen any more satellites since the PCSAT 'double' ?
