Hello friends,

on 20th of December the RUBIN-2 satellite was succesfully launched from
Baikonur Cosmodrome. This small satellite includes a HAM RADIO part, which
is called SAFIR-M and has the official callsign DP0AIS (DP0 Amateur radio
In Schools).

Downlink: 145.825MHz FM with 9600 Baud FSK AX.25-Protocoll or
                        digital Voice
Uplink : 435.275MHz FM with 1200 Baud AFSK AX.25-Protocoll

All frames should be repeated UNFILTERED at the moment to the downlink.
Each minute it sends an MyHeard-List which should show the heard callsigns
with a signal report (!).
For more information on the format of the telemetrie and the stuff
transmitted on the downlink view:
http://amend.gmxhome.de
or www.aatis.de

Please send your reports to: dg6bce@aatis.de

SWL-Cards will be confirmed by DG1CMZ via bureau or direct when SASE
is included.

For now the SAFIR-M-Module is only "on" during sunlight passes!
