I need a bit of help with some parameters on my KAM V8.
AXDelay
AXHang
CD
DWait
FRack
MResp
PErsist
RESptime
SLottime
My problem is, that with my current settings, my Kam is too tame.
The slightest bit of a carrier on HF or just another average signal
on VHF makes it go into idle and then eventually times out.
I know most of the above params are to be set in unison, so one can
get the best performance. It should still allow other users to use
the channel, but be more aggressive.
So, kindly please let me know about YOUR experience, and dont hesitate
to send it becos most of the time Packet operators dont respond to this
type of message...
