Since quite a time I get lockups of my KAM.
Practically all LEDS light up, and the KAM doesn't respond the commands
from the computer anymore.
When switching the KAM off and back ON , it sends its startup message
via the RS232 to the computer, but from the computer to the KAM, no traffic
is possible.
Only opening the KAM and a hard reset via the TEST-jumper brings everything
back.
The contents of the PBBS are lost, as are the settings of the KAM.
I get these lockups since I use TPK .
An American HAM sent a message to cure this problem.
He told me that the C42 and C43 capacitors should be replaced with Tantalium
versions.
I did this, but my KAM still locks up...so...
Anybody any advice ?
