Hi, and thanks for reading,
I am having some problems running SSTV/FAX with the JVFAX program. I am using the
HAMCOMM interface, and a 486DX-2 PC . Now, I know that the interface is working fine, as
I also run SSTV with the DL4SAW SSTV CONVERTER program, and I can receive SSTV pictures
extremely well. But when I try to receive FAX, or even SSTV with the JVFAX program, all I
get is a display full of White noise, as if the program is not receiving any data from the
interface. But the signal bars at the side of the screen are registering the signal. I`m
am trying fax with the MET office WEFAX transmission on 4610KHz
Maybe this is something to do with the PC clock settings for this program, I`m not
sure though.
Any help that you may be able to offer me would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and
are there any other FAX programs that you know of, that work well with the hamcomm interface.
