OM,
in SSTV Mode JVCOMM32 hangs up quite a lot during TX.
I use a PTCIIPro in JVComm32 Mode. Fax reception works
fine, also Pactor/Mtor etc with the same rig.
Each time the prog hangs up I have to reset (turn off/on)
the PTC. After restarting the prog TX is possible again
until a new hangup happens. I run Win98SE on an AMD K6-2
400MHz notebook.
I believe the cause for this problem is either HF interference
on the serial cable (blocked with ferrite beads, and I am TRXing
with 10wtts only!) or a problem with Windows time management...
Has anybody had the same problem and knows a way around this?

OM,
mit JVComm32 und dem SCS PTCIIPro habe ich folgendes Problem:
Das Programm haengt sich beim Senden einfach auf, aber eben nicht
immer und nicht reproduzierbar. Das passiert mit 10w und gut
abgeblockten Kabeln, ich glaube also eher nicht an ein HF-Problem.
Eher ists wohl Windows98se mit seinem Zeitmanagement....
Hat jemand etwas aehniches erlebt und kennt die Loesung fuer
