Good day to all,
JOTA weekend is now practically with us so everyone is keen for
the big day. The Scouts all over the world talk to eachother and learn,etc..
Remember > Any amateur can call a JOTA station but of course one should allow
other Jambree stations to call them in preference if they are heard in the
pile-up. Also these stations are active throughout the weekend so if you hear
a DX or rare station let him call the station, you will get the chance soon.
If you specifically need a card remember to ask the QSL info of the station.
9H stations are nearly 100% OK via buro but when possible direct postage or the
callsign of some amateur responsible for the station should be written down on
the card so that the card doesn't end up in a big pile labelled `Scout &
Guides' or `Miscellaneous' which are looked and sorted not as regulary and so
the chance of losing its destination is increased !
By the way QSL of 9H3BKS is OK via buro via 9H1MS or 9H1FG or 9H1AM.
So best of luck to all JOTA stations and amateurs alike and let us `BE
PREPARED' for the weekend.
Best 73 es DX to all
..de Adrian 9H1AM
