Hello Scouts and Guides !
From SBFU-scouts in Jakobstad Finland
The station OH6FA/J will be QRV in KP13IQ during the Weekend
of 17/18th October 1999 With 20 scouts seniors/juniors, girls and boys.
The Baptist scout troop in Jakobstad has about 20 members in 3 patrols.
Two patrols, one for girl scouts and the other for boy scouts started last
atumn (1998). The third patrol is for boys
who have been scouts for many years already. The scout patrols meet once a
week in atumn and spring. The whole scout troop goes camping twice a year
and every summer all scout troops in the
region has a larger camp that lasts a week. Our scout troop also has a
group of older "Rover scouts" who this atumn went hiking in nothern
Finland and also co-operates with Rover scouts from other troops in the
region.
We will be QRV on 80m, 40m, 20m, 15m, and 2m
