Drayton Scout Group commenced in 1947 with Cub Scouts. Celebrating their
50th. Anniversary in 1997. At present Drayton Scout Group has around 100
male and female youth members and 12 leaders, with five sections: Joey
Scouts-6 and 7 years old, Cub Scouts-8 to 11 years old, Scouts- 11 to 14
1/2 years old, Venturer Scouts-14 1/2 to 18 years old and Rovers 18 to 26
years old.
Drayton Scout Group is one of the eighteen scout groups in the Eastern
Down District belonging to the Darling Downs Area of Queensland. Drayton
Scout Group is a popular Group with many youth transferring to our Group.
My name is Denise I am a AJSL with Drayton Scout Group. I will be asking
the Cub Scouts and Scouts if they are interested in becoming pen pals
with your youth members.
