Dr. Scouts,
For many years I took part in the JOTA, sometimes in a group station, the
last several years as a mobile station visiting group stations on behalf of
the national JOTA-organisation.
I happen to work in the Royal Netherlands Navy and last week I was
transferred to a ship, HNLMS Pieter Florisz. This ship will travel to the
Mediterranean in the fall, visiting several ports. As far as I can tell I
happen to be in La Spezia, Northwestern Italy during the '98 JOTA weekend.
I would very much like to take part in the JOTA from there so I'm looking
for any scouts or amateurs in that area. As a side dish I might be able to
organise a tour around my ship for scouts and amateurs.

Italian (or German, French or Dutch), just as long as we get in touch!
