Hi My name is Sam, I lie in Upper Hutt which is located approx 30km n/East of
Wellington the capital city of New Zealand. I am a ranger and belong to the 4th
Pencarrow Rangers. Our uniform consists of a blue skirt and an aqua green polo,
shirt or sweatshirt. I attend Upper Hutt College and am in the 3rd form. I hae
