Hello to All Scouts Past and Present. It gives me much pleasure to send
Greetings on this very Special occasion. It really doesn't seem like 40
years since we first started this event, and many of those who were with
us in those early days have gone "silent key", but it is gratifying to
know that JOTA still holds a place in Amateurs hearts, and on behalf of
many Scouts may I personally Thank You all for your support.
It is pleasing to note that the Movement supports this event....it wasn't
always so, and I hope that many of you will be able to take part this
coming weekend 18/19 October.
So from a Founder Member (and proud to be so) have a Happy JOTA.
Des Walker G3JWN. Brighouse West Yorkshire..originally GB3RSS now GX3RSS.
