Whatever your user perms are in ftpusers, simply subtract 8192 from them.
Also refrain from sending any SID and you will not be forced to come up
with a BID. JNOS will assign one automatically since it's considered
locally generated mail.
For example:
Say you're flagged with 73748 which contains:
user is a bbs
default is no escap char
telnet gateway access
read/write
then remove "user is a bbs"
73748 - 8192 = 65556
One neat feature about LinFBB which this program I wrote uses is an auto
mail import feature. I don't even need to login to my LinFBB. All I need to
do is start the program and write my mail. When I save it, FBB sees where it's
located and automatically pulls it in and processes it. I would love if I can
adjust it for JNOS, which I might be able to do!
You've noticed a couple of JNOS BBS duping mail still by changing bids.
None have appeared that I know of from the no-BID patch.
