The International Police Association Radio Club (IPARC) ,Belgian section,
proudly presents the "Hercule Poirot Award"
The Award is available for all licensed radio amateurs and SWL's.
Applicants must prove contact with our clubstation ON4IPA (ex: ON4IPA,
OS4IPA, OT4IPA, 4S7/ON4IPA, LX/ON4IPA etc are valid) and three other
Belgian IPARC members.
The award is available in Mixed ,SSB ,CW or any other mode.
Valuable are all QSO's since 01/01/1984
