The USIPARC will active 1X1 call signs again this year for the annual
celebration to help bring attention to National Police Week and pay tribute
to all of the "Fallen-Officers" The event will be from April 30th 2000
through May 14th 2000. The object is to QSO 5 of the 35 at present 1X1
callsigns of the USIPARC members. No QSL's needed to qualify for the
cetificate. Just note the RC# or IPA# of the station worked or the homecall
sign. Ex: W6RF will be signed N6P his RC#007 and IPA#15591. Either will do
for confirmation of the contact. The Award Mgr. is the USIPARC award
manager W6RF. For foreign stations with 5 contact send $5.00 for postage
and full color award certificate.
