IPARC S5 will be on the air with call sign S50IPA during 6-th
traditional "Boating on the river KOLPA" or as Organize committee says
"Downstream ...", on the 4 July 1998 between 07.00 and 24.00.

INVITATION
You are invited to take part in the 6th traditional
DOWNSTREAM ALONG THE RIVER KOLPA 98
in cooperation with IPARC S50IPA
on 4th July 1998
PROGRAM
The detailed PROGRAM is as follows: we will gather on Saturday,
4th July 1998, between 7.00 and 10.00 in Prelesje (near Stari
trg), in the yard of the farm Madronic. On our way to Vinica we
will stop in the village of Damelj, where the food and drink will
be served. At the end of our destination - in Vinica dinner will
be provided.
We invite all employees and pensioners of UNZ Novo mesto, their
family members and all the others, who enjoy such recreation, to
join us. We assure you will spend quality time with us.
FEE
There are many services included in the fee: breakfast in
Prelesje, snack in Damelj, light meal in Vinica, dinner in
Vinica, T-shirt, entertainment in Vinica, chance of transport to
your car, tombola,... All these is covered with a fee, which
amounts to 2.500 SIT (=27 DEM).
All participants and the others will have the opportunity of
enjoying the music and other entertainment on Saturday
evening.
PARKING OF MOTOR CARS AND TRANSPORT OF PARTICIPANTS
We would like to ask all car drivers to take their cars to
Camp in Vinica before the start. We will drive them back to
Prelesje.
Transport will be organized from 7.00 onwards, therefore we
suggest that drivers first take their fellow passengers to
Prelesje and then drive to Vinica.
All of you who are interested in renting canoes or kayaks, can
rent them in the start in Prelesje and give them back in the end.
If you want to make a reservation you can call:

Both IPARC Slovenia and the regional club IPA Dolenjska will be
active on HF and VHF frequencies during the downstream.
Our call sign is S50IPA. We will be active on QRA locator JN75PL
(Vinica).
S50IPA station will be active on the 4th July 1998 from 07.00 to
24.00.
IPARC Slovenia and regional club IPA Dolenjska have issued QSL
card (motive of Bela krajina), which will be received by every
radio amateur who will make QSO with our call sign.

If you want to stay in Bela krajina over night, you can make a
reservation in the hotel in Crnomelj (Phone: 068/51-141), where
all members of IPA with valid member card have 10% discount. If
you want to stay in camp Vinica longer than one day you can have
discount there well.
