PIRATES
F8BBL: Laurent reports that someone has been using his
callsign to post false information on PacketCluster and to
QRM DX Operations. Remember that what you might hear
or see may very well be coming from someone other than the
owner of the call you hear.
JX1V: Tom, LA4LN says reports of this call on the Cluster
must be a pirate. He hold the license for LA1V which belongs
to the amateur radio club of the Norwegian National Guard.
As Norwegian rules go, they automatically substitute the LA
prefix to JX, JW or 3Y when operating from those Norwegian
territories. But LA1V has no operation from these territories
for the time being.
