QRGs: 14.000 and 21.000 MHz - Mode: N0N - Date/Time: various days and times,
often 06 - 10 utc - Details: 21.000 and 14.000 synchronous running pulses, 3
pulses/second, each puls 50 msec length, spreading over +/- 12 kHz, sounding
like a clockwork. Location: Iran. It seems to be a new over the horizon
radar, created in Iran. By testing the systems on hambands they can test the
range, because lots of complaints can be expected.
