My call OK1RR is pirated by a nasty slim named Jan, his QTH should 
be nr Usti. This slim is active on 40m CW only, preferably 7010-
7040 kHz. His CW is very bad and slow.

His signal is rather weak, he tends to use OK1RR/QRP. Works with 
EU only.

Do not work this slim. I am actually not on 40m now because of 
antenna problems. On other bands my signal is hopefully strong 
(never using QRP :-). You can recognize true OK1RR quite easily, 
try QRQ over 40 wpm and if teh OP does not respond correctly, it 
is a slim. Finally, my name is Martin and QTH Praha, for decades.
