The original message was from Andy G0FTD and here is a copy of it taken
today from JOTBBS:VE1JOT so it was delivered to at least one Canadian BBS.

Can someone tell me why people who send 7plus files send the info file
as 7 plus ? How stupid can you get.

I mean - a simple text file that would be sent compressed anyway
ends up being increased by approx 15% in size and then bbs's need to
transport it as a data file an nullify the fwd compression.

OK so it's only a few bytes of text but from a technical viewpoint
it's daft. Radio amateurs...self training in radio communications..pah!

Now I can't really tell you why a copy didn't get distributed to
your BBS as this is a matter for BBSs in Canada to consider. I suggest
you start by bringing the problem to the attention of your local sysop
and suggest he looks into why you are only getting part of the available
bulletin traffic on your local BBS. If this is a regular occurence see if
he can throw any light on why it may be happening.

I can at least tell you the bulletin did exist :-) and it
was forwarded to at least one Canadian BBS.
