Hi

Here's the a copy of the email I was sent from Jaycar having filled in the
incorrect web site page originally but willing to pay for the catalogue
anyway.

Mr,Pangilinan, as you can see, noticed that I had done this and thus sent the
following.

Hi Lionel,

I have noticed through the order logs that you ordered a Jaycar UK Catalogue
from our website. If you didn't know, there is a free catalogue order page.

I have asked for your order to be cancelled and refunded.

Please head on over to the URL below and fill in the details to order your
free Jaycar UK Catalogue!

I do hope this finally stops all the confusion. Yes, I agree the website
doesn't make this very clear and it's difficult to find the correct free
catalogue page, but the above should put you all on the right track.

And a big thank you to Mr.L.P. for his concern.
