Sorry, when I put one of my earlier bulletins out on this subject I thought I
had mentioned the "official" URL to obtain the catalogue.
Mr.Lennard Pangilinan, Marketing Coordinator emailed me as follows.

When you arrive on that page fill in your details and it will be sent free as
