It's not an M3 problem, it a boring old fart problem.
Sounds just like those boring gits on the RNARS / RAFARS / RS type nets
I heard on 80m this morning.
Thankfully there's less and less of them each year .
Just as well really as we could do with the extra bandwidth to cope
with hoardes of ex cb'ers, splattering across the amateur bands with
their echo microphones, power mikes and tweaked up Kenwoods ;-)
