The FIRST WINLINKS 2000 TELPAC NODE IN INDIA.
The first WL2K TelPac Node is up and running and on line in HYDERABAD -
INDIA this has come on line as of 20-Nov-03.

This is the first step in a line of steps of what is still to come on line
and along with this is there is a WinFBB32 BBS system that is also being
setup with Tel_Net ports for forwarding and for User alike.
