Hello all,

Whether or not the streets are clean depends more on the quality of the
people living there than the quality of any cleanup effort.

This is a true reflection of the quality of life in the area in general.
Pigs are content to live in filth and live in the filth they make, so
before you move into an area count the pigs and you'll have a good idea
about what your neighbors will be. If you're content to put up with a
high crime rate, obnoxious and filthy neighbors, move right in with the
pigs, otherwise look for a clean barnyard.

Since I see this thread started with a complaint and is continuing with
complaints it looks to me that some don't understand human nature. You
can't change the other guy's filthy habits, nor can you clean up after
him, he'll toss his trash in the same spot you just cleaned the moment
you turn your back. The only nature you can control is your own and you
DO have a choice, live with people or live with pigs.

Complaints are hot air better to fill a balloon with it and fly to
cleaner environs.
