Hello Every one.
I would like to inform you of the very first Echolink station which has just been
opened by the National Institute of Amateur Radio (VU2NRO)HYDERABAD - INDIA
which was Officially opened on the 18th September 03 buy the National Institute
of Amateur Radio in HYDERABAD - INDIA.
Promoting People's Participation in Communication & Information Technologies through
Amateur Radio and Disaster Management.
It was Officially opened by The Secretary, Govt of India - D.I.T Mr Jaswal
along with the Director of The National Institute of Amateur Radio Mr Mohan -VU2MYH.
A lot of hard work was done by all in the creation of this even and Mr Sara VU3RSB
had done a lot of very hard work to bring this even on line with a lot of Data mods
being supported through out the last few day which covered HF/VHF/UHF using ALL Data
mods covering PSK31,RTTY,Pactor,Packet,AMtor, HF SSTV as well as internet Telnet and
the use of the internet along with the program InterACE was use to good effect to
which I have been told that every thing had gone very well.
