NO it does not.

I have 3 Tiny2 (MK1) here, and none of them have your "problem".

Why do you think the EPROM is plug-in ? So that you can change it or upgrade
it as your fancy takes it.

When Winpack was supplied to you it had Roger's details in it.
You changed the details in that to suit your own needs, you just need to
do a similar thing with your Tiny2 - it costs you nothing to do it !

Whatever EPROM you put in it or whatever version of software you use, it
is still a Tiny-2 (Mk1).
