Whilst in QSO with G0FTD on 2m about 2wks ago, I did suggest he get a
new EPROM but for some reason he didn't take onboard the advice ;-)
Still, you cannot blame him - Choosing a 10 quid sound-card over a TNC
that currently costs 179 Pounds new...
