GOOD GRIEF CHARLIE BROWN! I don't need a VIRUS to do that, I can hack my
OWN way into a system like anyone with a bit of Internet savvy can. Any
decent firewall can prevent that (unless the geek is a real whiz kid) and
stip that virus cold at the same time.

Uh, like WHAT FOR? A ping by itself does no harm, means nothing. All it's
used for is a "radar" device to let the sender know if his target is on
line by listening for the "echo". BIG DEAL! Again, a firewall BLOCKS
PINGS! DUH...
