Hello,
Here is some info to get you on your way its called Echolink which is
one of the best Voice Radio/Repeater/Internet Linking System around.
The Newest of software from Jonathan Taylor, K1RFD is EchoLink which
is a new software which allows Amateur Radio stations to communicate
with one another over the Internet,using voice-over-IP (VoIP) technology.
This is a new bit of software which is indeed very good and to which is
the second program of its kind by Jonathan Taylor, K1RFD to which he has
written a program called Echo Station as well which works great but the
new kid on the block is EchoLink and what a program it is indeed complete
with all the bells and gadgets to go with it.
The EchoLink program allows worldwide connections to be made between
stations, from computer to a RF station, or from computer to computer as
well as this the software has a Conference Server built into the software
and cross port linking system via RF to the Conference Server at the
same time it has a lot of fetchers indeed that come as standard in this
program which is also very cross-compatible with all the main PC Boards
linking boards such as G4CDY'S & WB2REM iLINK interface boards .
EchoLink and iLINK servers work very well and both software and hardware
do extremely well together .

The Get the NEW version and it includes several useful enhancements.
In this update version and one is recommended to take advantage of this
update.

on their Web site for more details.
Also in the latest release, the DTMF command structure has been changed
for better cross-compatibility.
Go to the DTMF Functions tab and choose "Reset to Defaults". For details,
see DTMF Functions in Help.
Also do have a look at the Software for Echo Station which is very good as
well and for all kinds of repeater system setup such as HF/VHF etc repeater
setup this system also runs on a windows platform have a look and also you
can join a news group for getting up date info on both systems.
