I thought this discussion had died weeks ago, so didn't attempt to restart
it.

A week ago, I was passing a shop which sells Tilley lamps, Alladin lamps,
Primus stoves etc and, for the first time in my life, I saw a Coleman lamp.
He had some in.

I went in and asked him what the difference was between Coleman and Tilley.

He said Tilley lamps were parrafin and Coleman ran on petrol, or Gasoline
if
you prefer. That was the only difference.

He could be wrong but he has been selling that sort of equipment since WW
II, so he's probably right.

I see he discussion is going on again so I thought I would just mention it.

All the best. Ian.
