	Those who are a little older might remember that QST magazine in an April
issue, of many years ago, ran a typical 'April's fools' spoof article, on
the buried antanna.
	They went on to say that the deeper it was buried, the stronger were the
signals, sent and received. Also there were calculations and data that
supported the spoof and made it all the more believable.
	It did actually take in a fair number of hams who dug deeply and followed
the instructions. 
	So therefore I wonder if whoever started this debate was also having us
on ?
