So you haven't got the foggiest, have you? 

I was talking about a VLF-system but I failed in finding the exact data 
on it. Someone out there must know what I'm talking about and is kindly
invited to join.

Om's that cannot tell a VLF antenna from a telephone line are requested
to keep quiet. Thank you.
