Hello Ian and Marvel readers,
OK guys, I don't know about you, bit I learned about those Newtonian
laws, aerodynamics and all in grade school. You Brits love to nit pick
over such fine details you sound like a bunch of Jews arguing the law! In
both cases, confusion is the result.
OK, let's see what sort of flames that one brings. (;->)
One thing seemingly never mentioned is how super heros fly. The Space
Rangers wore rocket packs, simple enough with controls for on, off, up
and down. EASY!
Now, what about Superman for instance? Does he use Newtonian physics and
jump real high, or does he use another kind of "physic"? Beans? Lots of
beans? Popeye used spinach but it can't compare to BEANS! I suspect
Clark's afterburner is a pilot light hidden under his cape. Sort of like
that N2O can under the hood of a race car maybe?
Then there's Wonder Woman, not super strong so a high jump won't do.
Beans? Not very lady like!
I'll leave you to ponder, maybe some pondering will distract you long
enough to forget what the discussion is about. I have, and at least my
silly remarks are funny, sort of. Surely you guys CAN'T be all that
serious...
