Hello everyone. I need to find out if there is any bbs for packet in the state or Oregon.
I friend is there and he is planning to stay, but he has no way to communicate via radio
and i was thinking packet as a way of communication. He is a radio amateur and i guess it
should be easy for him to setup a small computer with a sound card program and a small
h/d transeiver. So, he needs a bbs now....Anyone knows what is going on in that state ?
