Hello Harry and all,
You're right except for one minor detail. The trams old and new do not
employ catenaries. The trolley wire alone is suspended between lateral
support cables. Check it out the next time you're in Brighton, hi.
In the catenary system, the contact "wire" is still called the trolley.
